Verdict: Generous signing limits for $75 once, but the API isn't included, Plan 1 can't take payments, and the move to a rebuilt app has loose ends.

BunnyDoc covers the e-signature basics: templates, bulk sending, public signing links, AATL certificates and an audit trail. The $75 plan gives one user 500 signature requests a month, far more than its paid plans. The catches: no API on any deal plan, payments only from Plan 2, slow support, and open questions about moving deal accounts to the new app.
Best for: Freelancers and small businesses sending contracts and consent forms for signature
I went through BunnyDoc's AppSumo listing and read which features each plan includes, plus the 70 buyer reviews, the most recent questions and BunnyDoc's own pricing, API pricing and compliance information. I checked the YouTube reviews, but they were listing read-outs or AI-written scripts, so I didn't rely on them. I haven't sent documents through BunnyDoc myself, so there's no score.
Read our full review methodologyE-signature tools are one of those subscriptions that quietly add up. If you only send a few contracts a month, paying monthly for DocuSign feels like a lot, and the cheap plans often cap you at a handful of documents. BunnyDoc's AppSumo deal offers a one-time alternative from $75, with far higher limits than its own monthly plans.
I went through the listing plan by plan, the 70 buyer reviews, the latest questions, and BunnyDoc's pricing, API pricing and compliance pages. Here's what I found, including a few things the listing headline glosses over.
BunnyDoc is web-based e-signature software. You upload a PDF or Word file (or pull it from Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive), drag signature and text fields onto it, choose the signers and their order, and send it. Signers don't need an account. You can track who has opened and signed, send reminders, set an expiry date, and keep a court-admissible audit trail with every document.
BunnyDoc says its signatures comply with the US ESIGN Act and UETA and the EU's eIDAS rules. Higher plans add invoice and quote blocks so a client can sign and pay in one step through your Stripe account.
It's worth knowing that BunnyDoc has recently rebuilt its whole app. The new version lives at esign.bunnydoc.com, and the founder's replies to reviews describe it as rebuilt from the ground up. Many older reviews and videos describe the old app.
Plan 1 gives a single user 500 signature requests a month. For comparison, BunnyDoc's own Personal plan is $18 a month for 75 requests, and Business is $35 per user a month for 150. If you're a freelancer or a small office sending lots of agreements, that headroom is the main reason to buy.
You can turn a template into a public link or form, put it on your website or in an email, and let anyone sign it. Buyers repeatedly call this the standout feature, especially for consent and waiver forms. The limits are tight, though: one public template and one form (500 submissions) on Plan 1, five on Plan 2 and ten on Plan 3.

BunnyDoc says its e-signatures comply with the US ESIGN Act, UETA and the EU's eIDAS rules, and each signed document includes an audit trail and an AATL digital certificate. Check the rules for your document type and country.
Directly, BunnyDoc has a free plan (5 requests a month) and paid plans from $18 a month. On AppSumo, lifetime plans cost $75, $150 or $225 once (prices checked 1 November 2026).
No. The listing marks the API as excluded on all three plans. BunnyDoc's API is sold separately from $39 a month.
Every plan includes bulk sending from an imported signer list, signing order, in-person signing, reminders, folders, reusable templates and advanced fields. Signed PDFs carry a digital certificate from an AATL provider, which helps Adobe Reader show the document as untampered, and accounts can use two-factor login.
When you sign up, you can store your data in Germany, the US or Australia. That's useful for European businesses, though one buyer found there's no Canadian option.
Bought directly, BunnyDoc has a free plan with 5 signature requests a month. Paid plans are Personal at $18 a month ($14.42 billed yearly), Business at $35 per user a month ($28 yearly) and Enterprise at $50 per user a month ($40 yearly). The API is priced separately from $39 a month. All prices are in USD, checked on 1 November 2026.
On AppSumo, Plan 1 is $75 once, Plan 2 $150 and Plan 3 $225, and you can stack up to three codes. The $420 list price for Plan 1 is a year of the Business plan at the monthly rate.
Against the Personal plan, Plan 1 pays for itself in a little over four months, and it gives you more than six times the monthly signature requests. Against Business, it pays for itself in just over two months. That's a strong deal on paper, as long as the AppSumo plans carry over cleanly to the new app. You have 60 days to redeem the code and 60 days to ask for a refund, so test the new app early within that window.
BunnyDoc has 70 reviews averaging 4.2 tacos: 50 five-taco reviews and 8 one-taco reviews. Happy buyers praise the public form links, the easy field editor, quick email delivery and the AATL certificates. One French-speaking buyer appreciated the translated interface.
The unhappy ones focus on support silence, interface glitches, character encoding problems in some languages and the missing API. A recent five-taco review lists smaller requests, such as editing a signer's email after sending and leaving the audit trail out of the final PDF.
I also looked for YouTube reviews. The ones I found either read the listing aloud or used an AI-written script with made-up statistics, so I haven't used them.
If you're one person sending lots of contracts or consent forms, BunnyDoc's Plan 1 gives you more signing volume for $75 once than most monthly plans do. Choose Plan 2 or 3 if you want clients to sign and pay in one go, and look elsewhere if you need an API or fast support. Because of the unanswered migration questions, I'd redeem straight away and test the new app within the 60-day refund window. If that sounds right, get BunnyDoc on AppSumo.

Yes, from Plan 2. It lets clients pay through your Stripe account up to $5,000 a month, and Plan 3 raises that to $15,000. Plan 1 has no payment collection.
AppSumo offers a 60-day refund. The listing is managed by BunnyDoc and not vetted by AppSumo, so the extended "We Got Your Back" guarantee doesn't apply.
