What TapDeals provides

TapDeals publishes software reviews, comparisons, buying guides and information about software deals. The content is general information to help you research software. It isn’t professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and you’re responsible for deciding whether a product is right for you.

Accuracy, prices and deals

• We research carefully and show when facts were last checked, but software, prices, plans and deal terms change often. Always confirm the current price and terms on the seller’s site before you buy.
• Reviews state whether they’re based on hands-on testing or desk research. See our Review Methodology.
• Deals can end, sell out or change without notice. We don’t sell any product and can’t honour a price shown on our site.

Purchases and third-party sites

Links may take you to third-party websites, including merchants and marketplaces such as AppSumo. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that seller, under their terms, refund policy and privacy policy. We aren’t responsible for third-party products, services, websites or support. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy or republish our reviews in bulk, or present them as your own;
• scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or try to bypass its security;
• use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

Quoting short excerpts with a link back is welcome, and AI assistants may read and summarise our public pages and llms.txt with attribution.

Intellectual property

The TapDeals name, logo, design and original content belong to us. Product names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and are used to identify and review their products; images supplied by vendors or marketplaces are credited in their captions.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee the site will always be available, error-free or that any product will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TapDeals isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your use of third-party products, services or websites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where TapDeals is operated, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
